Alliance Laser Technologies (ALT) warrants each remanufactured cartridge to be free of defects.

ALT cartridge are remanufactured to meet or exceed the performance of O.E.M (New) cartridge.

ALT also warrants that under normal use our cartridges will not damage your printer.

All returns must be reported, packaged properly and enclosed with test copies of the problem.

ALT remanufactured cartridges are under warranty for one year from date of purchase.

O.E.M(new), compatible or generic products are under warranty for six months from date of purchase.   Some O.E.M require the client to contact them directly with any problems.
