We Do
Alliance
Laser Technologies is a "one-stop" source for laser
printer, fax machine and copier consumables. We remanufacture
toner cartridges for most laser printers and fax machines and
for some copiers, and we also offer OEM (new) toner cartridges
for all laser printers, fax machines, and copiers. And we offer
refilled and OEM (new) ink jet cartridges. We even supply ribbons
for impact printers.
We also have
a complete laser printer repair and maintenance service department.
We can repair all brands of laser printers, install memory upgrades,
and we offer maintenance contracts. Our service department provides
both on-site and in-shop repair service. Our response time is
prompt. We know that "down time" can be costly time. Non-emergency
calls are handled no later than the following day after the call
is received. Emergency situations will be handled as such, and
will be taken care of on a "as soon as physically possible" basis;
generally within an hour or two.

Our Guarantee
Alliance Laser
Technologies backs all our remanufactured toner cartridges with
our "100% Customer Satisfaction" Guarantee. We warrant each remanufactured
toner cartridges to be free of defects in both material and workmanship
for the life of the cartridge (1 year). What
does that mean? It means you must be completely satisfied with
the performance of your cartridge or we will replace it immediately
or refund the purchase price. This is a no-hassle guarantee!
Should you
incur any problem with one of our cartridges, all we ask is that
you print out a page which reflects the problem (to be returned
with the cartridge) and give us a call. We will replace the cartridge
immediately. Should you (it ain’t ever happened) be unhappy with
the replacement, we will refund the purchase price of the cartridge.
We have remanufactured many, many, many thousands of toner cartridges
since 1989 and have never been asked for a refund.

refilled or recharged) to exacting quality standards, and will
